Studio Tim Campbell (STC) is a boutique design firm specializing in high-end custom residential design for renovations, new construction along with specialty commercial projects including galleries, restaurants and hotels. Tim Campbell founded STC in 2004, bringing over 25 years of experience in the design field to his current four-person team, based in Los Angeles, with an office in New York.

STC oversees everything from the initial design consultation through full construction documentation, managing the necessary team members (engineers, landscape designers, lighting designers, etc.), permitting, bidding, selection of the general contractor, administering construction, procuring furniture, fixtures, equipment, art and accessories to final project installation. STC also offers interior design services.

“Dream | Design | Build,” STC’s motto, embraces the prospect that every building has its own character, born from its history and the people who have passed through it. Studio Tim Campbell renovation projects include architect Richard Neutra’s Singleton House (1959) in Bel Air featured in “Architectural Digest” April 2011 and an estate remodel of Luis Barragan’s Campbell Divertimento Fountain (1927), a City of Los Angeles Historic-Cultural Monument, which was featured in the “Los Angeles Times”. Other projects include a restoration of Lloyd Wright’s Alfred Newman Residence.
