After a visit to London’s Kew Gardens earlier years ago, one scene still stands out in my memory: A brilliant flash of yellow garden hose snaked through the glasshouse floor while jumpsuit-clad gardeners kept the temperate plants hydrated. The yellow hose had such an impact that I went on the search for other colorful options. Here’s the lineup.
