A Mod Outdoor Sconce for Spring

March 20, 2013

We had a lot of pent-up demand as we waited for spring, and our (im)patience has been rewarded. Spotted via West Elm in plenty of time for us to wire the outdoor patio, a clear round sconce that will emit the sort of flattering warm glow that dinner party guests of a certain age—well, any age, actually—will greatly appreciate:

Above: A clear Globe Outdoor Sconce designed to withstand the weather measures 11.5 inches wide by 17.5 inches deep by 10 inches high; it’s $99 from West Elm.

For outdoor parties, see 5 Quick Fixes: Outdoor Lanterns and for more sconces, see 10 Easy Pieces: Barnhouse Style Outdoor Lights.
