From Danish furniture designer Trimm Copenhagen comes updated ’70s chic: canvas beanbag furniture that can withstand weather.
Trimm Copenhagen’s founders, sailmaker Tim Nielsen and designer Rikke Gjørlund, have created a collection that stays true to Nielsen’s maritime bent:
Above: A Rocket Daybed covered in Sunbrella’s outdoor coated canvas fabric is waterproof and resistant to mold and fading (and is available in four neutral colors); £668 from Trimm Copenhagen.
Above: Filled with EPS bullets, “an insulation material that creates natural warmth when sitting on the furniture,” the beanbag collection is designed to stay outdoors year-round.
Above: A Small Cushion measures 60 by 45 centimeters and is available in seven colors; sold separately, €80 each.
Above: A Full Moon Giant Pouf in Sunbrella coated canvas has a pocket for a magazine or book. It measures 115 by 40 centimeters and is €615 from Trimm Copenhagen.
Above: A Rocket Daybed measures 180 by 40 by 70 centimeters and can be combined with additional daybeds to create L-shaped sectional seating.
