Espalier is the word for the special training practices used for growing trees on a trellis. There are many ways of doing this to make your trees into a work of art. We  offer trees that have already been trained along the same plane in a 3 tier T shaped horizontal cordon. You can train them to many different shapes. These forms are beautiful when placed against a wall, existing fences or wires. An average spacing would be 8 to 10 feet apart. The trees will form a fourth tier next year if you wish.

The branches are currently at about 1 1/2, 2 1/2 and 3 1/2 feet. The trees are shipped to you in special protective boxes. The apples are on EMLA 26 rootstock.
