Fabriqué en France. A Serviceable Garden Basket.

This sturdy gardening basket originally served a very specific purpose: for harvesting the cider apples for in late fall. The baskets are still made in France today, not Normandy, but in Brittany, where decades ago the family run business relocated and expanded their palette with weirs and baskets for the fishing industry and shellfish harvest. They basic structure is still the same: a mesh made of resilient wire, wrapped in a stable framework of even stronger wire. The result is a durable, long-lasting basket for the most various purposes. The handle is made of beechwood.

Hot-dipped braided wire in a framework of electrogalvanized wire. The handles are also made of electrogalvanized wire with a beechwood grip. The baskets come in two sizes; additional we offer a small basket for children.
