This low growing climber from English nurseryman Raymond Evison’s patio collection caused quite a stir at the Chelsea Flower Show. Large flowers — light violet-blue with overlapping petals and contrasting deep red anthers — appear extravagantly in early summer and then repeat the show in late summer.
