Description from Food52
The grill spatula is finally getting the makeover—and the attention—it deserves. Working closely with R. Murphy knives, our former team member Christina DiLaura brought to life a grown-up version of a spatula she created in her seventh grade metalworking class. Her original spatula, though somewhat cruder than its successor, had the perfect dimensions for grilling and became an instant family legend. R. Murphy’s recreation is sleek and sturdy, but maintain’s Christina’s original ingenuity and vision.
The comfortable and beautiful black walnut handle is long enough to keep your hand safe from the heat of the grill, while the over-sized, tapered spatula is perfect for flipping large fish, steak, vegetables, and burgers. And don’t limit its used to the grill—we’ve found it’s perfect for pancakes, too.
