Description from Sarah Raven
Narcissi ‘Jenny’ has the characteristically fine flowers with swept back outer petals Cyclamineus Group and dates from the 1940’s. I love it, looking almost green in bud, opening white with a yellow-cream centre, which gradually fades to almost pure white as the flowers develop.
It is wonderful cut, hard to beat for an all round reliable garden daffodil.

- For the vase: Narcissi make great cut flowers lasting up to a week in the vase. I love them jumbled up in large jugs on the table. Be careful mixing with other flower types as their stems give off a compound that is toxic to other flowers and soak their stems in warm water before displaying to stop the ‘goo’ from running out.
