Description from Select Seeds
As related by Roy Genders, this esteemed pink was raised in 1868 by a Mr. Sinkins, Master of Slough Workhouse; it was chosen to embellish the Arms of the Borough of Slough. Silvery grassy foliage and large white flowers combine well with lavender in well-drained, sweet soils.
