No one deconstructs traditional form like the subversively playful Philippe Starck. A kinetic piece, his Prince Aha Stool (1999) erases the distinction between seat and base, each becoming the other when the stool is turned upside down. Use it as a side table, a footstool or for additional seating. As an added benefit, the end caps are removable to create discreet, concealed storage.
