Oolong tea, also known as Wu-Long or “black dragon,” has been produced for 400 years in the Fujian province. Oolong tea is a semi-fermented tea, integrating the best qualities of un-oxidized green tea and fully oxidized black tea. It is as strong and refreshing as black tea and also as clear and fragrant as green tea. This particular Oolong has large curled leaves and a delicate flavor closer to the finest green teas.
