This drying rack can accommodate astonishing amounts of herbs, apple rings or mushrooms on three levels and dry them without electricity. It has five parts : a lid which protects against direct sunlight, three net -lined floors for laying out what needs to be dried (the same rugged material is used in fruit farming to guard against hail), and a floor to protect against cold and damp.
