Essential in the re-potting process, the bonsai root rake is the perfect tool to gently pick root balls apart for a more controlled root trim. The Spatula end of this tool is used to help loosen the bonsai out of it’s pot and then used to press and pack the top soil, giving it a uniformed consistency. Other uses are to press and smooth the top dressing of moss and stones.
