Description from Old Court Nurseries
Small lavender-blue flowers in October. 120 cm.
A very striking hybrid of S. cordifolium (Aster cordifolius) raised by Ernest Ballard pre-1920. Lovely sprays of small lavender-blue flowers forming a froth worthy of the most artistic ocean sprays in October. Mildew resistant. This variety is very slow to establish and can be prone to slug damage but is well worth the effort. 120 cm.
Plants will be sent out between May and June.
Category: Small flowered Asters
