Growing herbs at home is the type of small scale gardening that even stauch city dwellers can enjoy. All that’s need is a bit of natural light, soil, seeds, and a receptacle, and you’re well on your way to enjoying a fresh garnish for cocktails and home cooked meals.

Here’s the rub: all very small, green growing things tend to look an awful lot alike, even to the trained eye.
