A very practical, yet elegant garden light of the type used by our forebears. These were traditionally filled with olive oil and used indoors in rural areas before electricity was available. They can still sometimes be seen in churches but are mostly used, in modern times, to give a soft glowing light in gardens.
Perfect on a long row to illuminate a gravel path and the impregnated wick should resist some wind and not blow out easily. It works perfectly well with lamp oil too. An ideal gift when paired with our candle snuffer.
