Description from Peg and Awl
The newest Peg and Awl bag has been named after the croaker sack the boy carries in Sí¸ren and Silas’ most recent favourite book The Boy and the Ghost by Sam Souci. The boys are also the first to request a Croaker Sack for themselves. And if Huckleberry Finn was around – I would most surely give him one too. This bag was influenced by a WWI Navy laundry bag and an olde apple picking bag from the early 1900s.
There are two interior pockets that are 4.25 inches by 4.25 inches. The shoulder straps are cotton rope with adjustable fisherman’s knots. Peg and Awl tag and leather loops that hold the rope are made from antique leather. The bottom has 2 inch deep corners, but it fills up like a sack.
