Elderberry Syrup for Flu Prevention
Adapted from Mountain Rose Herbal. Bring the ingredients to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for from 30 to 40 minutes until the syrup begins to thicken slightly. Allow the liquid to cool completely and mix in raw honey.
