Todd Carr, the owner of Hort and Pott, a botanical shop in Oak Hill, New York, is something of a master gardener (he's certified!). Using his skills, he and his partner created a lush, vibrant garden at their home in the Catskills. Keep reading for a tour.

The large leaves of a climbing calabash vine help enshroud the porch.

The garden paths are filled by pea gravel.

An outdoor tub does double duty as a watering station.

The house is painted a custom color (but it's close to "Positive Red" by Sherwin Williams).

Hand-cast ceramic leaves dot the garden paths.

A pedestal provides water for local birds.

The garden incorporates a few different varieties of daylilies.

Rattlesnake Master (Eryngium yuccifotium) pops against tall grasses.

Nicotiana 'Baby Bella' blooms.
