1. Clip vines in the early morning or evening when they are most hydrated.
2. Pick long vines that have both unopened buds and open flowers.
3. Use stems at different lengths for height variation.
3. Think about how much space the bouquet can occupy.
4. Combine jasmine with other 'filler' stems for structure.
Cow parsley is a good option for adding height and support.
